The South West heat of the Pole Divas National Pole Fitness Competition is taking place this Sunday 29th April at Panache in Bristol city cente. Doors open 5.30pm and tickets cost £3.50 (£3 NUS) in advance or £5 (£4 NUS) on the door.

Entertainment includes the pole competition which is a strictly NON STRIPPING event, Flair Bartender, Poi and Staff performance, nightclub 'til late. The competition is to improve the image of pole dance as a form of fitness which has become increasingly popular with pole fitness classes in every big city and most towns around the UK and Ireland. 8 regional heats around the countries with the Grand Final in Manchester on Sunday 3rd June.
