Luke Solomon mini interview
This month Luke Solomon enters the mêlée at Dojo. Luke has been in the scene for over twelve years and has mastered every job title in the business; from DJ, drummer, producer and label boss to much respected musician. Highly rated by many including Derrick Carter, Kenny Hawkes and Rob Mello, Luke’s collaboration work has been some of his most outstanding. Not forgetting his band ‘The Freaks’ who are currently in the studio recording their 4th album. His blend of House and Techno has been exciting many people recently, making him extremely hot property already this year he has spanked dance floors from New Zealand to Berlin. We are very happy to have found a space in his diary to add Bristol to that list.

Luke is in the studio at the moment recording a new album for 'the freaks' he took a moment out of his day to answer a couple of quick questions.

Prince, Brian Eno, David Sylvian, Green Velvet, Derrick Carter ,Lil louis, David byrne....u need more?
2. What has been your favourite gig of the year so far?
Yellow in Tokyo
3. which fresh talents would you tip for the top in 2007?
Musically, Damian Lazurus, Frankie, Jonny Rock.....
4. Vinyl, CDs or computers?
all three.....
